Role Summary:

Talent Acquisition Partnering supports the delivery of global hiring plans by working closely with People Partners and Hiring Managers. This role focuses on delivering timely, high-quality hiring outcomes, while providing a positive and inclusive candidate experience and maintaining strong operational discipline across recruitment activities.

Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Delivers end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including high-volume hiring, with limited supervision and clear accountability for outcomes.

  • Works collaboratively with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand role requirements, hiring timelines and workforce needs.

  • Coordinates interview and assessment activities, ensuring all logistics, materials and collaborators are prepared in advance.

  • Manages ongoing candidate communication, responding to questions promptly and supporting pre-joining and onboarding activities.

  • Acts as the primary contact for background verification activities, liaising with vendors to ensure checks are completed accurately, on time and in line with agreed standards.

  • Identifies and attracts candidates using a range of sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, internal talent pools and referrals.

  • Builds effective working relationships with business collaborators and internal recruitment teams to support smooth hiring delivery.

  • Maintains accurate recruitment data and prepares regular reports to supervise hiring progress, pipeline status and key performance indicators.

  • Contributes to continuous improvement by finding opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment

  • Leadership hiring experience

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication, organisational and collaborator management skills.

  • Experience using Workday applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting tools is an advantage.
