At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are reimagining the future of entertainment and lifestyle in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a passionate and strategic Assistant Manager - SDO to join our team. This role will support the Strategy Delivery Office (SDO) in facilitating and coordinating projects that drive the vision and operational strategy of our initiatives. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall goals of our mega-project while driving efficiency and innovation throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic operational initiatives within the SDO.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Support strategic planning sessions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project success and impact.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to support the strategic decision-making process.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in strategic development or project management, preferably in a large-scale development or entertainment project.
