How will you create impact?
Specific Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to AP Team such as documents scanning and filing.
• Validate new suppliers onboarding contact and bank information.  Allocate certain vendor type directly and manage vendor contact and bank information.
• Scan incoming supplier invoices for filing and archiving.
• Verify and process finished goods vendor invoices posting.  Park in SAP.
• Perform overhead expenses booking and related accruals.
• Act as UiPath Administrator backup to support Manager, Payable.
• Prepare schedule of Robot running scheduling in running different tasks.
• Work with AP Team to cleanse data for SAP upgrade projects.
• Streamline AP processes by implementing power automation and power BI.
• Ensure AP processes in compliance with the requirements of internal control.
• Assist in internal and external audit.
• Support ad hoc projects when necessary.

How will you fit into the team?

• Familiar with Excel operation.
• Experience in SAP operation.

What are your skills and experience?

• College degree or above, has accounting certification.
• 3-5 years related working experience in MNC.
• Meet intermediate professional accounting knowledge.
• Familiar with MS office and SAP system is preferred.
• Can work under pressure.
• Good communication skills, good command of written and reading English.
