Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Produce and assemble surgical instruments following work instructions
• Set up, and monitor production equipment
• Resolve minor malfunctions, and operate the production equipment
• Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations
• Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Relevant education (preferably MBO level 2-3) in the field of (precision) instrument maker or similar
• Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics
• Proficiency in Dutch (English preferred)

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
