Job Description
Your Role in the Company
What you’ll do
- Inspect mechanical sub‑assemblies and final assemblies at multiple stages of production
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Use precision measuring and inspection equipment, including microscopes and optical tools
- Build mechanical assemblies using small hand tools and microscopes
- Identify and document quality issues while supporting corrective actions
- Maintain production flow to meet weekly manufacturing schedules
- Follow cleanroom and contamination‑control practices when required
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering team members
What you need
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy – required
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written procedures – required
- Experience using measuring equipment (calipers, gauges, microscopes, or similar) – required
- Experience working with small parts and hand tools – required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a team environment – required
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods – required
- Ability to lift 5–20 pounds – required
- Experience with TIG welding, brazing, cleanroom work, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, or foreign object debris control – preferred

Salary Range:
$34,300.00-$45,700.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
