Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of service quality by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. This position requires attentiveness to client concerns, accurately identifying issues, and designing appropriate solutions to ensure the smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner dedicates time to monitoring system performance and collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold service excellence throughout daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Document and share knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist in the development and refinement of support processes and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Endpoint Protection.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to endpoint security technologies and software.
- Experience in monitoring and managing security alerts and incidents.
- Ability to analyze system logs and identify potential security threats.
- Familiarity with common endpoint protection platforms and their configuration.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Endpoint Protection.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
