Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues within healthcare systems.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and support best practices.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and prioritization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
