Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly resolving incidents. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Experience in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving application and infrastructure issues in cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to support cloud operations and incident management.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices to maintain system integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
