Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of multiple interconnected components. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Ability to work with various IT infrastructure components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team use.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
