Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution.
- Good communication skills to clearly document and convey technical information.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
