Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance, contributing significantly to business continuity and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with campaign management and customer journey mapping within marketing platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system logs and error messages.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and API usage in marketing cloud environments.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
