Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system irregularities and collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless operation. The position demands vigilance and adaptability to swiftly address challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes and maintaining system reliability throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT service management platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with configuration management and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
