Join NXP Austria as an Application Engineer and play a key role in helping customers successfully integrate our innovative digital wallet and credential solutions. Acting as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, you will drive project success, solve complex technical challenges, and help shape the future of secure digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer projects for a wallet-based solution managing digital credentials.

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the customer integration project.

• Analyse technical issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.

• Conduct technical customer workshops and internal training sessions.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in customer application support, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Good understanding of backend integrations, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud-based services.

• Knowledge of NFC, digital wallets, transit ticketing, or secure digital credential solutions is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.
