About the Role

岗位职责

1. 市场营销方案策划与落地
- 围绕阶段性产品推广或业务发展目标，策划整合性市场营销方案（如主题推动月、竞赛激励、数字化营销等），联动线上线下资源，有效赋能营销员展业。
2. 自媒体平台运营
- 负责团险微信公众号的内容策划与日常运营，聚焦“职场健康”主题，输出专业、实用、有温度的资讯内容，提升用户粘性与品牌专业形象；
- 运营面向企业客户的资讯平台，将其打造为营销员高效获客的工具，定期更新主题策划，支持前端展业转化。
3. 产品培训与课件开发
- 深入理解公司团体保险产品体系及业务模式，结合营销员实际需求，开发专业、实用且易于传播的培训课程。
4. 大型活动策划与执行
- 策划并组织面向营销员群体的大型表彰活动、荣誉出行及激励项目，打造具有吸引力、创意性和品牌影响力的活动主题与体验；
- 统筹活动全流程，包括方案设计、资源协调、供应商管理、现场执行及效果评估。
5. 营销推动相关的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1. 大学本科或以上学历，市场营销、保险或相关专业背景为佳；
2. 具备3年以上市场策划、内容运营、培训开发或活动执行等相关工作经验，有保险/金融行业团险条线经验者优先；

3. 对微信公众号及B端内容运营有实操经验，能独立完成选题策划与内容输出；
4. 较高PPT编写制作能力；

5. 熟练的英语听说读写技能，可日常使用。大学英语六级/雅思6.5分或同等英语水平；
6. 具备良好的项目统筹与跨团队协作能力，能高效推进多线程任务；
7. 形象气质良好，语言表达清晰，有活动主持或现场控场经验者优先；

8. 主观能动性强，具备较强的理解力、沟通能力、以及快速解决问题的能力；

9. 持续学习性，具备好奇心和较强责任心，有承担也有团队合作意识。
