About the Role

岗位职责：
-策略落地：根据部门策略规划，制定分渠道/分客群的推动路线图，并牵头试点落地；
-产品适配：联合精算、法律、投资、科技团队，完成高端年金、终身寿险、保险金信托等产品的场景化改造、组合方案说明书；
-产品研究与推广支持：深度调研市场主流高净值产品，参与部门内部“产品打磨会”，从用户视角提出优化建议；协助制作面向一线团队的产品推广材料，确保内容兼具专业性与传播力；
-渠道赋能：面向合作银行私行部、券商高净值中心、律所合伙人，开展深度培训与联合展业；
-流程再造：主导优化高净值客户投保全流程。

岗位要求：
−全日制本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融、精算等相关专业优先；
−符合友邦文化价值观，谦逊、踏实、且具有共赢意识；
−英文能力优秀，听说读写流利；
−具备极强的目标规划能力、适应力、学习创新力、坚韧耐挫力、內驱力；
−能够接受异地、跨部门的轮岗工作。
