Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and machine learning solutions. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), automation, and scalable software systems.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to build intelligent tools that improve workflows, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Develop AI automation systems, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, APIs, and SaaS products.
• Fine-tune prompts and improve AI model performance through testing and iteration.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference tasks.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor AI system performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, and AI model integrations.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of backend development and scalable architecture.
• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus.
• Experience building AI SaaS products or automation tools.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with conversational AI, NLP, or computer vision applications.
• Experience integrating CRMs, support systems, or workflow automation platforms.
• Portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating AI solutions.
