Job description

We are seeking an AI-Driven Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience in full-stack application development, strong expertise in Java, Node.js, AWS, and Angular, and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven software development, utilizing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications or integrating LLM/Generative AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Java and Node.js for backend application development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, AppSync, GraphQL, CloudWatch, and related technologies.
• Frontend development experience with Angular (preferred), React, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git-based version control.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native development practices is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficient in using JIRA for sprint planning, issue tracking, and project management.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation and project knowledge in Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent).
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted SDLC practices to improve team productivity and software quality.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, or agentic workflows is an advantage.
