Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Agent Success Manager and Agent Success Marketer in achieving sales and revenue targets for assigned agents/agencies.
Assist agents with life illustrations, basic case underwriting, and case design.
Handle agent contracting and facilitate commission level communication within the office.
Conduct outbound calls to agents as part of marketing campaigns.
Communicate with carriers to obtain product information, underwriting details, and sales support.
Provide marketing and sales support to agents and agencies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agencies for ongoing success.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of supported carriers and products, and effectively communicate their benefits.
Contribute input on new products and sales processes, and consistently achieve weekly KPIs to meet company goals.
Perform other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills:
High School degree or equivalent
0-2 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Capable of presenting sales and training materials to large groups in person, over the phone, and via online meeting platforms
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
