About the Role

As an Agent in Training at the Mario Bujas Agency, you will deliver tailored protection solutions to clients, develop advanced business and sales strategies, and work side-by-side with an experienced agency team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking

• Conduct in-depth insurance consultations to match clients with optimal coverage

• Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service

• Manage sales activities, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems

• Ensure compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company standards

Qualifications

Candidates must be licensed in California and fluent in Spanish.

Required:

• 1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production)

• Active California Property & Casualty License

• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)

• Fluency in Spanish (required)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to consistently meet production goals

• High degree of professionalism, organization, and initiative
