Contract – Full Time Permanent role working 40 hours per week 08.00 – 16.30

Salary - £28,072.84 per annum, plus great company benefits.

We are looking for an Exceptional Administrator who organised, methodical, confident, proactive and has the ability to work on their own initiative.

About the Role:

The successful Administrator will be assertive, positive and flexible with the desire to be that person that everyone turns to for support!!

You will support the team in maintaining the smooth operation of the department; ensuring all administrative procedures are undertaken in accordance with department requirements and in a timely and accurate manner and helping to provide a service to clients that is efficient and effective.

Key for this is to be experienced in working with high volume and fast turnarounds maintaining an efficient and accurate approach.

Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for an assertive, positive and flexible Administrator who is proactive, organised and eager to become the person everyone can rely on for support.

Working as part of our Business Support Fleet Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our vehicle fleet. The role will involve coordinating a range of fleet and administrative responsibilities, including:

• Managing and coordinating vehicle breakdowns to ensure they are dealt with promptly.

• Recording and managing vehicle accidents and damage.

• Completing and maintaining ME3 checks across the vehicle fleet.

• Booking and coordinating vehicle servicing and MOTs.

• Providing reception support, as this forms part of the team’s responsibilities.

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all relevant information is recorded and processed efficiently.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, where priorities can change quickly and deadlines need to be met.

Key to the role is the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and organisation while working to tight turnaround times. You will need to be confident, adaptable and able to take ownership of tasks, while providing support to colleagues across the wider business.

Key Criteria:

• Good level of verbal and written communication

• IT literate – strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages

• Ability to prioritise and manage workload to deadlines

• Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, with fleet administration experience being highly desirable
