Responsibilities:

• Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain accurate financial records.

• Assists with the preparation of complex financial statements and management reports in accordance with organizational standards.

• Ensures compliance with established internal controls and accounting policies.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data for standard reporting and analysis.

• Identifies opportunities to streamline accounting processes and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Supports audit processes independently by providing requested documentation and responding to inquiries.

• Maintains confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information at all times.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in billing, complex transactions, general accounting, data management systems, or a related field required.

Certifications:

• Certification as a Certified Bookkeeper (CB), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of credit and collection procedures.

• Working knowledge of company distribution and customer service functional areas.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong typing and data entry skills.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage and SAP.

• Strong business partnering skills.

• Understanding of patient support programs is a plus.

• Experience with complex accounting matters is preferred.

Salary Ranges:

2566 - 3556 EUR gross monthly
