Sobre este puesto de Account Executive, Provider Growth en Chamber Cardio
About Chamber
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in America. Chamber is rebuilding cardiology around outcomes, not volume. We partner with independent cardiologists and equip them with technology, data, and operational support to improve care for patients.
Our model combines clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform that supports physicians, patients, and payers. By pairing AI tools with human-centered care, we aim to transform heart health at scale.
Role Overview
We are hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive, Provider Growth to expand Chamber’s network of cardiology partners. You will own a defined territory, build relationships with independent cardiology practices, hospital-owned cardiology groups, and health systems, and lead a structured sales process through signed partnership agreements.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role. You will champion a new value-based care model, guide organizations through complex multi-stakeholder decisions, and move deals forward with clarity and urgency. Expect regular travel to meet prospects and partners face-to-face, building the kind of trust that only happens in person. If you are motivated by measurable wins, trusted relationships, and building something new in healthcare, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and Close a Territory
Manage a defined account list spanning independent cardiology practices, hospital-owned groups and health-system-employed networks; build territory strategies to win them.
Drive pipeline velocity through CRM accuracy, forecasting discipline, and consistent deal momentum.
Generate pipeline through outreach, in-person visits, events, and support from Chamber’s sales development function.
Build a strategic view of how segments in your territory interact — recognizing how progress with one account type can create leverage with another — and use that view to prioritize and sequence your territory plan.
Physician, Health System & Executive Selling
Build credibility with cardiologists, practice owners, administrators, service line leaders, population health leaders, and PE- or hospital-aligned stakeholders.
Communicate value-based care economics clearly, including revenue upside, quality pathways, operational ease, and reduced avoidable admissions.
Navigate complex ownership structures, multi-partner practices, IDNs, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Map and navigate health system org structures — identify economic buyer, clinical champion, and any blockers proactively
Manage objections, negotiate terms, and guide partners toward clear, confident decisions.
Cadence-Driven Sales Discipline
Exceed targets for activity, meetings, proposals, and signed agreements.
Uphold a “next step always set” approach with every prospect.
Partner closely with Marketing and Growth Ops to improve lead flow, conversion, and messaging.
Provide structured feedback to help refine our sales playbook, talk tracks, and proposal approach.
Builder Mindset (Early-Stage Company)
Help shape repeatable sales processes, materials, and market insights as Chamber grows.
Adapt quickly to evolving product, operational, and market conditions.
Lean into ambiguity with ownership, urgency, and resourcefulness.
What You'll Achieve in Your First 12 Months
First 30 days
Complete territory mapping: account tiering, ownership structure, and known stakeholder relationships documented in CRM.
Working command of Chamber's clinical and economic value story.
First 90 days
Trusted relationships established with cardiology leaders and health system stakeholders across top-priority accounts.
Qualified pipeline built to [X]× target coverage, with clean stage discipline and accurate next steps on every open deal.
Full-cycle discovery and diligence underway on priority accounts, producing clear, compelling proposals.
Demonstrated mastery of a consistent sales cadence and pristine CRM hygiene.
First 6–12 months
Signed agreements representing meaningful attributed patient volume.
A repeatable, documented motion for health system accounts that the broader team can run.
Serving as an early voice shaping our sales messaging and go-to-market motion.
Requirements
7+ years of healthcare sales experience selling to physician groups, health systems, or provider executives.
Direct experience closing deals inside hospital-owned or health-system-employed provider organizations — not only independent practices.
Proven quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales environments.
Demonstrated ability to evangelize a new category or unfamiliar model — not just sell an established offering.
Strong financial and operational acumen; ability to articulate ROI and value-based care economics with credibility.
High EQ, executive presence, and clinical credibility (or the ability to build it quickly).
Builder mindset — comfort operating without heavy enablement or established playbooks.
Hungry, accountable, numbers-driven, and motivated by winning.
Willingness and enthusiasm for frequent in-person travel.
Strategic market fluency — able to assess territory dynamics across independent practices, hospital-owned groups, and health-system networks, then prioritize accounts to create compounding network effects.
