We are looking for a results-driven, technically curious Account Executive – GTM to drive enterprise sales for an AI-focused technology platform. This is an early-stage, high-ownership role suited for someone who can sell complex technical products to enterprise stakeholders and work closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to build a repeatable go-to-market motion.
You will own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through discovery, product demonstrations, pilots, negotiations, and commercial closure. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target enterprise accounts across AI, engineering, platform, security, data, innovation, and technology functions.
- Build qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, events, ecosystem partnerships, email, calls, and professional networks.
- Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees.
- Qualify opportunities based on business need, technical maturity, urgency, budget, and potential for adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales stages, follow-ups, and pipeline forecasts.
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Own the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through discovery, demo, pilot, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business priorities, and technology requirements.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of AI-driven enterprise solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical discussions with product and engineering teams.
- Develop proposals, pilot scopes, commercial presentations, and customer-facing sales materials.
- Handle objections related to technology, security, integration, deployment, pricing, procurement, and organizational adoption.
- Drive opportunities toward pilots, strategic partnerships, and paid enterprise deployments.
Customer & Market Development
- Build strong relationships with enterprise technology leaders, AI teams, engineering teams, platform teams, security stakeholders, and innovation leaders.
- Gather customer feedback and identify recurring pain points, use cases, buyer personas, and purchasing triggers.
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop repeatable sales narratives for different industries, customer segments, and buyer personas.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure clear communication of expectations, success criteria, and next steps.
- Build long-term, referenceable customer relationships.
GTM & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with founders, product, engineering, and other GTM stakeholders to shape customer conversations and improve solution positioning.
- Contribute to sales playbooks, account plans, case studies, pitch decks, demo narratives, and objection-handling frameworks.
- Help establish structured enterprise sales processes, qualification frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
- Use AI tools, automation, and sales technology to improve prospecting efficiency and sales productivity.
- Continuously refine messaging and sales processes based on customer and market feedback.
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days
- Develop a strong understanding of the product, target market, competitive landscape, and enterprise AI use cases.
- Build a focused target-account list and initiate structured outbound campaigns.
- Establish an active pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Support founder-led customer conversations and progressively take ownership of sales discussions.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, customer notes, and follow-up processes.
- Identify promising buyer personas and repeatable sales messaging.
First 90 Days
- Convert qualified opportunities into pilots, strategic partnerships, and paid customer conversations.
- Establish a repeatable enterprise sales and pipeline-generation process.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise AI, engineering, platform, security, and technology stakeholders.
- Contribute to sales collateral, positioning, demos, and customer handoff processes.
- Bring structure, urgency, and accountability to the GTM function.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI/ML, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, developer tools, data platforms, or related technology sales.
- Proven experience selling to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, qualification, pilots, procurement, negotiation, and closure.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical products in a simple, business-oriented manner.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline from scratch through structured outbound and account-based prospecting.
- Ability to work effectively with founders, product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, Generative AI, ML, infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, security, data, automation, or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with AI agents, LLM applications, agent frameworks, workflow automation, observability, governance, or enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience selling enterprise technology solutions across India, the US, or global markets.
- Experience working with early-stage products and emerging technology categories.
- Experience with pilots, design partnerships, founder-led sales, or enterprise proof-of-concepts.
- Existing relationships with enterprise technology, AI, platform, engineering, or innovation leaders.
- Comfortable using AI tools and sales automation platforms to improve productivity.
