As an Acceleration Center - Full Stack Developer - Associate, you will contribute to the development of innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and revolutionize industries. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics, and consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborating with team members to address varying challenges and project scopes
- Applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to build robust applications
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
- Engaging in code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software integrity
- Conducting debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software issues efficiently
- Participating in business requirements analysis to align software solutions with client needs
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming languages
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Engaging in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) practices
- Applying knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Developing applications using frameworks like Spring Boot and React Native
- Excelling in debugging and troubleshooting software issues
