We need an English-fluent Administrative Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule doctor-to-doctor telehealth consultation calls

• Manage calendars and appointments for on-site and remote specialists

• General administrative support as the virtual hospital expands

• Confirming/rescheduling appointments, follow-up reminders to doctors, basic documentation/notes after consults

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as an Administrative and Coordination Assistant.

• Strong phone communication skills and proactive attitude

• Experience with scheduling/calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly)

• Excel and MS Office proficiency

• Advanced English C1 minimum

• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to support daily tasks

• Attention to detail / organizational skills

• Email management and written communication

It's a plus:

• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required

• Basic or intermediate French (serving Canada clients)

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms (Zoom, Teams, or EMR scheduling a plus)

Compensation:

• The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
