Hiya! We’re SimpliCity. We are a Vancouver-based GovTech startup building technology with purpose.

What We Do: Our core product is a composable content management system (CMS) that unifies municipal digital services. We transform a municipality's website from a static library into a connected "front door" for the community. We are proud to be Canada’s only municipal-specific composable CMS that is designed, developed, and hosted entirely in Canada.

Our Culture: We are a small but mighty team that values diversity, curiosity, and the drive to continuously learn. Our culture is built on mutual respect. We treat everyone as autonomous professionals and hire for 'good human' vibes. Our team works a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) because we believe in a flexible environment that allows you to balance life and work.

The Radical Connection: SimpliCity was spun out from our sister company, Radical I/O, a people-first technology consultancy and lab with over a decade of experience in enterprise software. While SimpliCity operates as a separate, dedicated GovTech platform and company, we share the same founders, ethos, and deep technical expertise with Radical.
