We are looking for a certified Health & Safety Specialist (Specjalista ds. BHP) to support our operations in Szczecin on a part-time basis. This role will ensure compliance with Polish labor law and promote a strong safety culture within a corporate office environment.🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy) and internal H&S policies
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend preventive actions
- Manage and deliver OHS onboarding and periodic trainings
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain documentation (risk assessments, training logs, medical referrals, PPE)
- Support audits and liaise with external authorities and inspectors
- Advise leadership on safety improvements and best practices
👤 Candidate Profile:
- Certification: Recognised OHS qualification (Technik BHP / Specjalista ds. BHP) – mandatory
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar HSE/OHS role
- Knowledge: Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy); ISO 45001 nice to have
- Languages: Polish – native/fluent; English – B1/B2 (for internal communication/reporting)
- Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills; MS Office proficiency
- Availability: Ability to work onsite in Szczecin (part-time schedule)
