Key responsibilities
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Applying theoretical academic knowledge in a practical business environment
- Conducting research and analytical tasks
- Supporting strategic and operational projects
- Independently managing assigned work packages within ongoing sales and business development projects
- Contributing to digitalization and process optimization initiatives
- Gaining hands-on experience with sales, tendering, and business processes
- Developing insights into international sales organizations and market structures
- Utilizing modern analytical tools and CRM systems
- Researching and preparing information for strategic projects
- Supporting customer events, trade fairs, and marketing activities
Qualifications for the role
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering & Information Technology or Computer Science / Digitalization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Initial experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or data analytics
- Excellent German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills and an interest in both technical and business-related topics
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and various business departments
