This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international Commercial Excellence team operating across more than 20 European markets and multiple business lines. You will work on real business challenges and develop practical skills in customer experience, market intelligence, commercial strategy, data analytics, AI-enabled ways of working, and project management, while collaborating with experienced professionals across Europe. YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

• Support the Commercial Excellence Europe team across its portfolio of initiatives, including project coordination, research, data preparation, documentation, business improvement actions and follow-up with country and business-line colleagues.
• Contribute to customer-centricity activities, including customer surveys, customer and commercial data analysis, reporting, and preparation of insights that help teams identify and successfully implement improvement opportunities.
• Support strategic projects and market intelligence activities by gathering and structuring market, competitor, customer, financial and country information, and conducting analysis to identify growth opportunities, business risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive data manipulation tasks, enhance analysis, and support the creation of actionable business insights.
• Prepare clear presentations, dashboards, reports, meeting materials, and internal communications that make progress, insights, and successful practices easy to understand and share across Europe.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree and are currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in business administration, marketing, economics, data analytics or a comparable field.
• You work carefully and reliably, organize recurring tasks independently, and can turn varied inputs into clear, well-structured outputs.
• You have a broad interest in customers, markets, commercial strategy, and business improvement and are motivated to support different topics rather than work within only one specialist area.
• You are comfortable working with data and have a good command of Microsoft tools, incl. Copilot; experience with surveys, market research, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different countries and functions; German or another European language is a plus.
