As a Workday Technical Senior Associate you will support Workday integration work within our Business Application Consulting practice, helping clients improve operational efficiency through cloud-based HR, finance, payroll, and talent solutions. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate more complex situations, mentor junior team members, and develop your technical skills while using critical thinking to break down issues and deliver dependable work. In this role at PwC, you will design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions using Workday tools, interpret client needs, and contribute to implementation efforts that support business goals and practical day-to-day use of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Designing and deploying Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, integration tools, and related configuration methods
- Analyzing complex integration issues and translating client requirements into practical technical solutions
- Developing, testing, and validating integrations across human resources, finance, payroll, talent, and other Workday functions
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of Workday integration modules, custom fields, reporting features, and Service Oriented Architecture concepts
- Troubleshooting interface failures, refining data flows, and improving integration performance across connected systems
- Supporting Workday implementation workstreams by coordinating technical tasks, timelines, and deliverable readiness
- Mentoring junior team members on integration development, issue resolution, and technical delivery methods
- Building meaningful client relationships while anticipating needs, adapting to changing priorities, and communicating technical updates clearly
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating Workday integration delivery across client engagements and workstreams
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying integration solutions using Workday tools
- Analyzing complex issues and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Mentoring junior team members while maintaining delivery standards
- Applying Workday Studio, reporting, or Extend across implementation work
