The successful candidate must be able to communicate complex reporting, analytics, data governance, and Workday concepts clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standardize reporting frameworks, naming conventions, documentation, and governance practices.
  • Optimize report performance, usability, and adoption across business functions.
  • Document reporting logic, calculated fields, data sources, dependencies, and ownership to support long-term sustainability.

Advanced Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, matrix reports, composite reports, dashboards, and Prism Analytics solutions.
  • Use Workday Prism Analytics to integrate, transform, model, and analyze complex datasets.
  • Develop cross-functional reporting solutions across Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational analytics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, accurate, and user-friendly reporting solutions.

Data Governance & Reporting Integrity

  • Partner with internal teams to strengthen reporting governance, data definitions, and quality controls.
  • Ensure reports are aligned with Workday security, role-based access, and enterprise data governance standards.
  • Support consistent reporting practices across regions, functions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Help establish repeatable processes for report intake, prioritization, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Process Improvement, Automation & AI Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to improve Shared Services efficiency through better reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements using Workday analytics capabilities and emerging tools.
  • Support predictive analytics, trend analysis, and workforce/financial insights where applicable.
  • Partner with internal teams to reduce manual reporting effort and improve self-service analytics.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication

  • Serve as a trusted reporting and analytics partner to HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Shared Services stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the HR Operations reporting lead on reporting strategy, development, and capability building.
  • Gather and clarify business requirements, recommend solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead stakeholder conversations in fluent professional English, including requirements gathering, solution walkthroughs, issue resolution, and executive-facing discussions.
  • Translate complex technical, reporting, and analytics concepts into clear business language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and professional English-language documentation, including requirements, reporting logic, testing notes, process documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Support Workday reporting best practices across the organization.

  • Strong expertise with the Workday reporting suite, including:
    • Workday Advanced Reporting
    • Matrix and Composite Reporting
    • Calculated Fields

  • Proven experience improving reporting quality, resolving reporting defects, and supporting post-go-live stabilization.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data modeling, reporting standards, and analytics best practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable reporting solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

English-Language Requirement

  • Advanced to native-level English fluency is required.
  • Mastery of written and spoken English is a key prerequisite for this role.
  • Candidates must be able to operate comfortably in a professional, executive-facing environment with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Must be able to lead meetings, facilitate requirements sessions, document technical and business requirements, explain complex Workday reporting concepts, and produce executive-ready communications in English.

  • Workday certifications in Reporting, HCM, Financials, Prism, or related areas.
  • Experience working in a shared services, professional services, or global enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting finance, HR, operations, or workforce analytics.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled reporting, automation tools, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across the U.S., Argentina, and broader LatAm region.

  • Must be comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across our multinational organization.
  • Must be able to maintain regular overlap with U.S. business hours.
  • This role requires daily interaction with U.S.-based teams; therefore, candidates must be able to conduct meetings, presentations, documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder follow-up in fluent professional English.
  • Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, workshops, or major project milestones.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means creating a more reliable, scalable, and business-friendly Workday reporting environment. The successful candidate will improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual work, strengthen governance, and help business leaders access timely, actionable insights across HR, Finance, Operations, and Shared Services.

Success also requires becoming a highly effective communication bridge between technical Workday reporting capabilities and business decision-making needs. The person in this role must be able to explain issues, recommendations, tradeoffs, and solutions clearly in English to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

Role Impact

This is a strategic in-house role supporting enterprise Workday operations. The person in this position will help shape the future of Workday reporting and analytics, build stronger internal capabilities, and enable better decision-making across the organization.

The role is ideal for a senior Workday reporting professional who combines deep technical expertise, strong business judgment, and exceptional English-language communication skills.

We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
