Summary of Job Duties:

The TRiO Student Support Services Assistant will support the department by performing clerical, creative, and organizational tasks. The position is ideal for a student who thrives in a fast-paced, student-centered environment and is looking to gain office and communication experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform general clerical duties, including filing and organizing documents
· Assist with the planning and execution of TRiO Student Support Services events
· Create flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials for TRiO publications
· Answer and route phone calls for the TRiO office professionally
· Complete other duties as assigned by TRiO staff

Qualifications:

Must have a completed FAFSA submitted.

Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.

Must be a student.

Dependable and punctual.
