  • Coordinate translations and design: manage translation requests and collaborate with designers on marketing assets.

  • Support social media campaigns: schedule posts, help set up paid social ads, and monitor and optimize performance.

  • Assist with data and performance analysis: track campaign results and contribute ideas for improvements based on insights.

  • Pitch ideas and support in organizing events: contribute to event organization and onsite support when needed.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

  • You are currently pursuing an HBO/WO Bachelor or Master (3rd/4th year) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration or related field.

  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • You are able to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Tooling: you are quick to learn new software; experience with marketing automation/CRM (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, SAP Marketing Cloud) is a plus; basic HTML is an advantage.

  • Availability: at least 5 months, 16-32 hours/week, starting in September 2026 with hybrid working and regular presence at our Bakel site.

What we offer

  • Ownership of projects and the opportunity to make real impact.

  • Guidance from an experienced and supportive marketing team

  • Experience in an international B2B environment.

  • Practical benefits: competitive pay, travel reimbursement, and a laptop for work.

  • Hands-on experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, analytics, and events.
