- ✔ Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with an active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
- ✔ Board Certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
- ✔ Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Midwifery from an accredited program
- ✔ Valid North Carolina RN and CNM licenses
- ✔ DEA License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
