  • Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics and expense administration.
  • Preparing meeting materials, presentations and supporting documentation to enable effective decision-making.
  • Monitoring actions and follow-ups so that decisions are translated into timely execution.
  • Supporting planning cycles, leadership communications and organisational activities across the three domains.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, business managers, support functions and fellow Personal Assistants globally.
  • Ensuring continuity by collaborating with the PA community and providing effective holiday and sickness cover.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and proactively resolving operational or administrative challenges.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and organisational initiatives across WB COO.

  • Structured approach and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.
  • Collaborative, flexible and adaptable working style, with a strong team mindset.
  • Proactive, self-starting approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive actions independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with fluency in written and spoken English.
