Start: ab sofort (20 Stunden pro Woche)

Als Werkstudent* wirst du Teil des Sales Support Teams in Hamburg sein, verantwortlich für operative Prozessverbesserungen, Organisation aller Abläufe und Aufgaben rundum unsere größten Kunden im B2C Tagesgeschäft. Diese Verantwortung erstreckt sich End 2 End, d.h. begleitend über den gesamten Verkaufsprozess von Listungspflege, Erstellung von Auswertungen, Auftragsabwicklung, logistische Nachverfolgung etc. Diese Funktion ist Teil der Sales Organisation DACH und wir arbeiten eng mit allen Bereichen und relevanten internen Abteilungen als Schnittstelle zum Kunden zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

Bei uns bist du nah am Kunden und am Vertrieb - und das bei einer Vielzahl von Themen unterschiedlicher Art und Komplexität

• Unterstütze die Sales Support Kollegen im operativen Tagesgeschäft (Bearbeitung von Anfragen der Kunden/des Vertriebs)
• Eigenständige Projektarbeit (z.B. Analyse und nachhaltige Verbesserung kundenrelevanter Prozesse)
• Unterstütze beim Monitoring und der Einhaltung relevanter KPIs
• Arbeite an strategischen Projekten über den Sales Support hinaus mit

Was bringst du mit?

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wi-Ing, Business Management, Supply Chain / Logistik o.ä.
• Proaktive, lösungsorientierte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Koordinationsfähigkeit
• Zuverlässiges Arbeiten auch unter Termindruck und das Vermögen komplexe Sachverhalte zu überblicken
• Den Willen, Dinge kontinuierlich selber voranzutreiben und zu verbessern
• Kundenorientierung, Kommunikations-, Team- und Kontaktfähigkeit
• Betriebswirtschaftliches Interesse
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
