NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies and more. NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.

Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. A rich calendar of events, experiences, and entertainment that cuts through the noise, bring together a community that moves with intention.

Our wellness team also supports and serves guests of Conrad Athens The Ilisian, delivering elevated experiences to both members and hotel visitors.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a dynamic, multi-dimensional role combining wellness, hospitality (F&B), and front desk responsibilities. As a Wellness Attendant, you are the face of our wellness space — ensuring smooth daily operations and creating memorable guest experiences. Your day-to-day will include:

• Opening and setting up the wellness areas, including gym bar and saunas, ensuring everything is fully operational and welcoming.
• Managing bookings, emails, and guest inquiries for wellness services and gym activities.
• Welcoming and assisting members, residents, and guests of Conrad Athens The Ilisian.
• Preparing and selling wellness drinks, specialty coffees, healthy snacks, and protein shakes.
• Providing guidance to guests about wellness services, products, and experiences.
• Managing the wellness retail space, including sales, merchandising, and inventory.
• Overseeing the cleanliness and overall condition of the space in collaboration with housekeeping.
• Supporting the safe and proper use of all wellness facilities.
• Acting as a key point of contact, combining receptionist duties with F&B and wellness service delivery

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Fluent command of English and Greek
• Knowledge of and genuine interest in wellness practices and products
• Experience in hospitality, wellness or retail is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, approachable, and guest-focused
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
