We are looking for a Welcome Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, creating a warm, personalized and memorable first impression of the W experience. You will ensure smooth and effortless arrivals and departures by welcoming guests, anticipating their needs and creating meaningful connections throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival, providing warm and personalized assistance in line with W Brand Standards.
• Assist with guest luggage, ensuring all belongings are handled with care and coordinating efficient luggage storage and retrieval.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a personalized introduction to the hotel, room features, facilities and services.
• Support guest departures by assisting with luggage collection and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain a strong presence in the Welcome area, responding promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Transfer guests within the Resort using golf buggies when required, while ensuring equipment is clean, safe and in good working condition.
• Report guest, operational and technical issues promptly, and comply with Health & Safety requirements, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards while participating in required training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment, preferably as a Bellman.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong guest-service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive and practical approach to challenges.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends and public holidays.
