Executes day-to-day lab operations & support objectives at customer facilities, following a defined standard output or set of procedures, focused on minimizing laboratory workflow interruptions. Problems and issues faced are generally recurring and solutions are typically known and/or prescribed.​ More complex problems are solved by applying methods learned through experience and/or using available support. Activities may include PPE and/or safety station checks and maintenance, reviewing defibrillators, extinguishers and dispensing areas to confirm working order, storage, tracking and distribution of chemicals/materials ensuring accurate inventory control, and hazardous waste collection and recycling. Collects, documents, and organizes data and observations. Communicates activity records, service level metrics and other information requiring some explanation or interpretation to team members, supervisors or customers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Sample Reception

• Ontvangen, uitpakken en visueel controleren van inkomende stalen
• Registreren van stalen in het afdelingssysteem (Mosaic)
• Centrifugeren van stalen
• Afwegen van stalen volgens de geldende procedures
• Correct stockeren van stalen volgens hun bestemming
• Werken volgens strikte tijdslijnen en kwaliteitsvereisten

Weighing Activities

• Afwegen van diverse stoffen, waaronder vaste en vloeibare narcotica
• Opvolgen van orders in Mosaic
• Picken en afwegen van stoffen volgens de vereisten
• Stoffen correct wegzetten voor verzending, chemisten of andere afdelingen
• Stockbeheer van resterende materialen

Shipment Support Compounds

• Verzenden van chemische stalen naar interne en externe partners
• Voorbereiden van verzendingen en opmaken van verzendingsdocumenten
• Correct labelen van pakketten
• Werken volgens ADR- en IATA-richtlijnen
• Opvolgen van zendingen in Mosaic en trackingtools
• Contact onderhouden met logistieke partners zoals World Courier en FedEx
• Actief communiceren met collega's, interne klanten en externe partners

Shipment Support

• Verzenden van biologische en niet-biologische stalen
• Opmaken van verzendingsdocumentatie
• Registreren van shipments in de bijhorende systemen
• Voorbereiden van stalen voor ophaling door koeriers
• Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie met alle betrokken partijen

Algemene Ondersteuning

• Uitvoeren van diverse ondersteunende taken binnen de afdeling Compounds
• Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle werking van het team
