Department Overview
Our department specializes in maximizing synergies with Rakuten Mobile. Through acquiring Rakuten Mobile users and cultivating loyal users across various services, we aim to maximize the overall revenue and ROI of the Rakuten Group. We operate in a challenging and fast-paced environment with high expectations from management.
The Creative Group within the Strategic Promotion Section is a small but elite team consisting of 2 Directors, 2 Designers, and 2 Front-end Engineers. Our mission is to work closely with each business unit of the Commerce & Marketing Company and Rakuten Mobile to strongly promote cross-use between services.

Position Details
As an Web Producer (Director), you will be responsible for web direction work aimed at promoting cross-use between various businesses under the Commerce & Marketing Company and Rakuten Mobile.
・UI/UX strategy planning, website improvement project planning and execution
・Continuous PDCA cycle implementation and improvement proposals based on KPIs
・Coordination with internal stakeholders (business units, designers, engineers)
・Project progress and schedule management
・Verification of initiative effectiveness and reporting based on data analysis
・LP production for cross-use promotion campaigns linking Rakuten Mobile with various services (Rakuten Ichiba, Rakuten Travel, etc.)
・Website UI/UX improvement projects to enhance user experience

Mandatory Qualifications:
・2+ years of work experience
・Strong communication skills (ability to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders)
・Ability to analyze and propose improvements based on data and metrics
・Quick responsiveness and flexible approach
・Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
・Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
・Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
・Knowledge of DTP (print production)
・Knowledge or experience with Rakuten services
・Web direction experience
・UI/UX design experience
