We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.

Type: Full-time (Remote)
Company: HealthTech company developing innovative AI-driven wellness products

About the client’s company:

Fast-growing HealthTech company creating multiple products at the intersection of wellness and artificial intelligence. Their mission is to make self-optimization and well-being accessible to everyone through cutting-edge technology. Their most recognized product is Ultiself, a mobile habit tracker used by thousands of people worldwide.

About the role:

We're looking for Wearables Marketing Expert. You will own the go-to-market for Ultiself's wearables direction, from positioning and launch plan to partnerships, acquisition and the first growth numbers. This is a hands-on role: you set the strategy and you also launch campaigns, write briefs, negotiate with partners and read the data.

You will work directly with the CEO, the Product Owner and the marketing team, and you will be the company's in-house expert on the wearables market, its users and its players.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the wearables project: target audience, positioning, messaging, pricing input and launch plan.

  • Define how wearable data turns into user value in Ultiself (sleep, HRV, recovery, activity into personalized routines) and translate it into clear marketing messages.

  • Launch and scale acquisition for wearable owners: paid social (Meta, TikTok), YouTube, creators and influencers in the biohacking and quantified-self space, podcasts and communities.

  • Develop partnerships and co-marketing with wearable brands and platforms. integration listings, joint campaigns, bundles and affiliate deals.

  • Own the launch of the Ultiself wearable: pre-orders, waitlist, D2C and marketplace channels (Shopify, Amazon), bundle offers (device + subscription) and the device-to-subscription funnel.

  • Work with the Product Owner on the onboarding of wearable users, device-connection rate and features that drive retention.

  • Run market and competitor research on the wearables ecosystem and share regular insights with the team.

  • Set and track KPIs: CAC, device-connection rate, conversion to subscription, retention of wearable-connected cohorts, partner-driven installs and revenue.

  • Report results to the CEO weekly and adjust the plan based on data.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in consumer tech marketing, growth or product marketing.

  • 1+ years working with wearables, connected devices or health-tech apps.

  • Proven experience launching a consumer hardware / wearable product end-to-end (plan, pre-orders, assets, channels, results).

  • Good understanding of the wearables ecosystem and health metrics: sleep, HRV, recovery, activity, glucose.

  • Hands-on performance marketing knowledge: Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube; understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS and subscription funnels.

  • Partnership / business development experience with tech brands or platforms.

  • Data-driven mindset: you make decisions on numbers, not opinions.

  • Fluent English (C1+), strong written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work independently and own outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience at a wearable or health-tracking company, or at an app integrated with wearables.

  • Experience with hardware + subscription models (device bundled with or upsold to a membership).

  • D2C / Amazon marketing experience.

  • Network in the biohacking, longevity or quantified-self community (creators, podcasts, experts).

  • Experience with A/B testing, landing pages and habit-formation psychology.

We Offer:

  • Opportunity to shape a new direction of a global health and self-improvement platform from day one.

  • Direct work with the CEO and high ownership of outcomes.

  • Fully remote and collaborative work environment.

  • Competitive compensation + performance bonus.

  • Paid sick leave (5 days).

  • Paid vacation (20 days per year after the probationary period).

  • Flexible schedule with autonomy in planning your workweek (timely reporting required).

  • Professional growth opportunities within a fast-scaling company.
