We’re looking for a proactive, safety‑minded and organised Warehouse Operator and HGV Driver to support our busy warehousing and transport functions. If you thrive in a hands‑on role, enjoy variety, and take pride in getting things right first time, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transporting goods between sites as a Class 1 HGV driver
• Working closely with Logistics and Production to ensure fast trailer turnarounds
• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring all equipment remains in legal, safe condition
• Loading and unloading vehicles and dispatching components to Production with accuracy and care
• Maintaining stock integrity through correct rotation, handling, sampling and cycle counting
• Managing goods-in documentation and resolving discrepancies
• Using SAP to confirm, pick and manage Transfer Orders
• Keeping warehouse records up to date and supporting stock consolidation
• Using MHE (once trained) including Counterbalance, VNA and pallet trucks
• Deputising for senior operatives when required
• Contributing to team and personal KPIs

Skills & Attributes

• A clear and confident communicator
• Organised, methodical, and able to follow SOPs
• Computer literate and comfortable working with warehouse systems
• A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude

Education & Experience

 Essential:

• Valid and clean Class 1 HGV licence
• Up‑to‑date CPC card
• Numerate, literate, and comfortable using English
• Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage

Desirable (but training available):

• ADR certificate
• MHE licences (Counterbalance, VNA)
