Job Summary:

Responsible for configuring, integrating, validating, and technically supporting digital solutions based on SAP S/4HANA and the Mendix platform. The position applies specialized technical knowledge to design and maintain system interfaces, execute technical integrations, troubleshoot application and data-related issues, and ensure the stability, integrity, and availability of the implemented solutions. The role works with operational users and technology teams to translate validated requirements into technical configurations, integrations, automations, and documented technological deliverables that support manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and technically support SAP S/4HANA and Mendix solutions used in manufacturing and operational processes, following defined technical requirements and organizational standards.

• Design, document, implement, and maintain technical interfaces and data integrations between SAP S/4HANA, Mendix, manufacturing applications, and authorized data sources.

• Translate validated business and operational requirements into technical specifications, system configurations, integration requirements, automation logic, and documented solution deliverables.

• Execute technical testing, integration testing, data validation, and solution verification to confirm system functionality, interface stability, and compliance with approved technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve specialized application, interface, integration, configuration, and data-related issues by performing technical analysis, root cause identification, corrective actions, and solution verification.

• Monitor and maintain the integrity, availability, traceability, and correct technical processing of information exchanged between SAP S/4HANA, Mendix, and connected applications.

• Develop, configure, and maintain digital automations and technical solutions that reduce manual activities, improve process reliability, and support manufacturing operations.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, interfaces, integrations, automation logic, testing evidence, issue resolution, and implemented solutions.

• Provide specialized technical support during deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA and Mendix solutions, escalating issues that require support from other technology teams.

• Collaborate with operational users, process owners, developers, and technology teams to validate technical feasibility, integration requirements, solution performance, and implementation results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA.

• Professional degree in Engineering, Systems, Information Technology, Administration or related career.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business systems, digital transformation or process improvement.

• Experience in cross-functional project management.

• Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.

• Orientation to results and operational excellence.

• Leadership and influence without direct authority.

• Oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.

• Advanced intermediate level of English (B2 or higher).

• High focus on collaboration, integrity and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP modules related to planning, inventories and warehouses.

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query or Business Intelligence tools.

• Knowledge of process automation (Power Automate, RPA or similar).

• Experience in governance and data quality.

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to business processes.

• Change orientation and organizational transformation management.

• Strategic thinking and judgment capacity for decision-making.

• Certifications in project management or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience in manufacturing environments or automotive industry.
