1st shift Warehouse Associate (Freezer) 

Kalamazoo, MI

Starting pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri 7:30am until finish

Position Summary: The warehouse is responsible for accurate managing of all products processed throughout the warehouse. Has to interpret and administer policies, process instructions and regulatory developments to assure uniformity, quality, safety, and to effectively communicate those policies and procedures.

Reports to: Supervisor/Lead of the assigned area with a backup of the Warehouse Manager

Full Time/Non-exempt

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Pulling raw material and re packing into another box.
• Scanning orders
• Building stock orders 
• Maintain clean work area
• Operate powered pallet jack / forklift 
• Help load trucks
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements for the position:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Fast paced

• Basic reading and writing skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for over 8 hours
• Ability to work in 32 degrees temperatures consistently
• Able to lift 80lbs consistently
