Cochlear, the global leader in hearing implant technology, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to help keep our new European Distribution Centre (EUDC) running at peak efficiency. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and customer experience across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive inbound goods, check for damage, and verify documentation

  • Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and support replenishment for optimal efficiency

  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision—aiming for zero errors

  • Use handheld scanners and mobile devices for accurate picking and shipping

  • Follow Warehouse Standards and Quality Management System procedures

  • Collaborate with your team and other departments

  • Comply with all health and safety rules and procedures

About You

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism

  • Physically able to lift and move boxes as required

  • Accurate record-keeping skills

  • Working knowledge of English
