Responsibilities:

Facilitate VPS@Work Improvements Events.

Follows up action plans VPS board.

Develops and simulations for training courses in Lean Manufacturing.

Develop production VPS@Work Improvements Projects and cost reduction, to ensure excellence standards in customer service.

Schedule and keep documentation to 5´s audits.

Qualifications:

BA in Industrial Engineering or similar.

2 years of experience in similar position (automotive industry as a preference).

Advanced English.

Process engineering, continuous improvement, application and implementation of tools lean manufacturing, Kaizen
