WHAT YOU'LL DO:
More people need financial guidance, while advisor capacity is shrinking and financial lives are becoming more complex. TIFIN.AI is building the enterprise-grade agentic platform that helps wealth firms close that gap through secure, compliant, personalized experiences.
This role owns the last mile. You will turn TIFIN.AI's platform into end-client experiences that wealth enterprises can deploy, trust, and scale across advised and self-directed channels. You will lead the product from client discovery through integration, launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
AI can move wealth experiences from periodic and static to continuous and responsive. TIFIN.AI already brings together the context, agent library, orchestration, and human experience layers required for enterprise deployment. The next challenge is to make that capability real for millions of end clients through the firms they already trust. The product and deployment patterns set now will define how every future enterprise client launches.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- The end-client product. Set the vision and roadmap for intelligent experiences embedded in wealth firms' portals, apps, and service journeys.
- Enterprise deployment. Lead discovery, configuration, integration, testing, and launch with client product, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
- A repeatable model. Turn each deployment into reusable capabilities, standards, and playbooks so the next launch is faster and better.
- Trust by design. Build privacy, permissioning, explainability, compliance controls, and clear paths to human support into the experience.
- Adoption and outcomes. Define success measures, instrument the journey, learn from behavior and feedback, and improve the product after launch.
- Hands-on execution. Translate customer needs into prototypes, requirements, acceptance criteria, priorities, and decisions. Do whatever the product needs to ship well.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a record of shipping products that create clear business and customer impact.
- Experience delivering digital client experiences through enterprise partners, ideally in wealth management, financial technology, or another regulated industry.
- Fluency across the full product lifecycle, from an ambiguous problem and blank roadmap to production launch and sustained adoption.
- Working knowledge of AI products and their practical limits. You know how to design for quality, evaluation, feedback, and human oversight.
- The judgment to balance a client's immediate needs with a coherent, reusable platform.
- Fast, high-quality decision making; comfort using data without waiting for perfect information; and resilience when priorities change.
- Clear communication with senior client stakeholders, designers, engineers, AI teams, and commercial leaders.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
$150,000 - $200,000 USD
In addition to cash compensation, a meaningful equity stake is a significant part of the overall package.
