When clients want to put Businessolver solutions to work, it’s the VP Client Services who oversees the team to ensure accurate and timely execution. They set the strategy to align with company goals relative to growth, cultivating professional relationships and generating client delight. They are a leader of leaders! 

This role will be accountable for the direct management of Client Services professionals including Client Services Leads and Client Services Directors. Each Client Team is responsible for timely and consistent Service Delivery and collaboration with other functions across Businessolver to deliver Client Delight. The Gig:

  • Ensure timely, accurate and delightful service delivery to all clients collaborating successfully with other functions across Businessolver.
  • Provide direction and guidance to team members, including annual strategy for growth and retention
  • Conduct strategic business reviews with clients and act as executive sponsors for relevant ones
  • Evaluate operational metrics to assess trends and risks requiring action plans
  • Support and execute renewal strategies to drive sustained revenue streams
  • Manage P&L across the teams and report performance to executive team monthly
  • Analyze KPIs across the team to identify shifts in strategy to ensure attainment of expected results
  • Drive employee delight through coaching, support, career development and recognition
  • Manage projects and drive results for consistent and successful client delivery
  • Point of escalation for internal and external service issues requiring support above day to day client contact

What you need to make the cut:

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience
  • 8+ years progressive experience working with brokers, carriers and clients in the Benefit Administration arena
  • Strong experience with people management and leading teams/organizations
  • Experience coaching leaders to lead!
  • Thought leader; ability to outline a vision and engage teams to follow and execute
  • Financial management; experience managing large budgets
  • Strategic and analytical skills; ability to drive a plan and deviate when necessary to ensure achieved results
  • Strong employee development skills with the ability to motivate and drive exceptional results
  • Ability to drive the next level of questioning and coach team members to be inquisitive
  • Ability to grow and sustain client relationships, while striking a strong balance in advocacy for both internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills; responsible for communicating both internally & externally to drive both client and employee delight
  • Proven organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • You must be an assertive, resourceful, and creative problem solver. When issues come up, you should be world-class at quickly and constructively working with members of the team to find solutions while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
  • Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Highly motivated, confident, energetic and positive attitude

The pay range for this position is 150K to 215K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data). 

Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
