SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Bradley School PVD Clinical Director, and in collaboration with the school teams, the Vocational Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing coordination of vocational and transition services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Vocational services expansion: Coordinate the development and expansion of transition services across all Bradley Schools.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with adult services agencies to expand options for transition age students

  • Community Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with businesses and community partners for vocational opportunities.

  • Staff support and training: Provide supervision and training to staff working with transition age students.

  • Systems and data: Develop systems necessary to build and maintain successful vocational programming incorporating a data driven process and procedure.

  • The Vocational Program Manager must meet and maintain status as a driver to drive BUH vehicles and transport students.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree with a major in vocational rehabilitation, special education or a related human service field is required.

EXPERIENCE:

Prefer candidates with at least 3 years of experience working with adolescents/adults in vocational and transition programming.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for supervising staff assigned to work students while participating in transition/vocational opportunities and programs. 

Pay Range:

$61,422.40-$101,337.60
