KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Visual Strategy & Execution - PAN India

• Plan, coordinate, and execute campaign rollouts to all points of sale in a timely manner for all brands.
• Execute in-store installations and deploy promotional materials such as tent cards and props.
• Support promotional activations including pop-up stores, in-store installations, and layout development through design initiatives.

2. Ensure Merchandising Excellence

• Develop merchandising guidelines through planogram creation.
• Roll out and monitor planograms to ensure best-in-class execution across all retail locations.
• Conduct VM audits (virtual and in-person) and report key findings and improvement suggestions to retail leaders and regional teams. This responsibility requires extensive travel across India.

3. Training and Capability Building

• Create engaging training modules for regional sales managers and retail staff to deliver comprehensive VM training.
• Develop guidelines, quick reference documents, and checklists to support retail staff.
• Build visual merchandising capabilities among retail staff to ensure consistent execution excellence.

4. New Store Launch Support

• Coordinate new store openings with respective retail channels.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in shop-in-shop execution.
• Implement appropriate point-of-sale materials, campaign visuals, and promotional displays to support new store launches.

5. Display Materials Planning and Implementation

• Plan and forecast display material requirements in a timely manner in coordination with the global team.
• Coordinate order arrivals, dissemination to stores, and execution of display materials at store level.

6. Vendor and Partner Management

• Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and production partners across India.
• Oversee procurement, quality control, and timely delivery of all visual merchandising materials.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain cost-effective partnerships while ensuring quality standards.
• Invoicing, Raising PO, coordinate the payment process with finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in watches, jewellery, or other fashion accessories.
• Proven track record of managing multi-region visual merchandising operations.
• Experience conducting store audits and compliance assessments.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong aesthetic sense and eye for detail with excellent visual design judgment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to work across diverse Indian markets.
• Ability to travel extensively across India as required for store audits and on-ground support.
